How It Works

Welcome to the Monarch HR Solutions External eLearning Center. This is a new project and the courses are currently distributed through this "Request Campus" which means that a Participant can access the site and click on the "Request Course" button to take the course. Once the Participant has identified themselves, a Monarch HR Solutions administrator will review the request and either accept or reject the request. If accepted an email with the proper the course credentials are automatically send out to the participant that made the initial request.

As curriculum is added Monarch HR Solutions may choose to modify the distribution methods to make it as easy as possible to maintain compliance. Stay Tuned!
